Namaste foods was one of my first favorites after being diagnosed with celiac disease and is to this day, still one of them. I absolutely LOVE their pizza crust as many of you already know, and I adore their spice cake as well. Their blondies which are soft and perfectly sweet are one of my guilty food pleasures…they are so good! They even won the “Best GF Blondie” title in the October issue of Rachael Ray Magazine! I love that you can easily add mix-ins to make them your very own. For the holidays, try adding some chopped gluten-free peppermint candy canes.
When I reviewed their muffins mix in the past, I decided to create a recipe of my own, Gluten Free Holiday Spiced Cinnamon Roll Muffins! They are so delicious and are the perfect start to any morning. Well at least I think so. 😉

I have been trying hard to limit my sugar intake though so I am grateful for Namaste’s line of no-sugar added products. The muffin and pancake mix give me the option to enjoy some of my favorite foods without all the added sugar. I find that adding a little fruit to morning muffins or waffles, really gives it a nice flavor while also helping you get in your fruit servings for the day. My little guys just love waking up to this gluten-free breakfast and since it is so easy to make, I don’t mind making it for them! 🙂
Pasta Pisavera: This pasta was delicious the first time around with shredded chicken as well as the second time around when I added a little sour cream to make it a creamy pasta dish. The zesty Italian flavor really made for a great dish. Chopped zucchini, olives and chicken are great accompaniments.
Italian Seasoning Coating Mix: I am a HUGE fan of the Namaste Foods coating mixes. I just adore the flavors and consistency. You can fry or bake them which is great. We actually use these mixes as our go-to meal since we eat lots of chicken and like to change up what we do with it. This chicken is great on its own of sliced and served over a pasta dish like the one above. This photo is right before they went into the oven but you can see how they get coated all over just from some shaking in a bag. Easy and delicious!
