This cranberry Christmas crack recipe is super yummy and so easy to make. It is sure to be a new favorite holiday treat!


  • 1 box gluten-free Glutino table crackers
  • 1 C salted butter
  • 1 C brown sugar, packed
  • 2 C white chocolate chips
  • 3 1/2 C fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 C Dry Sparkling cranberry soda
  • 1 C sugar


  1. Pre-heat oven to 325°F
  2. Place cranberries, sugar and Dry Sparkling cranberry soda in a saucepan
  3. Bring them to a boil and simmer on low 20 minutes until it starts to thicken
  4. Break cranberries with a forehand stir
  5. Meanwhile, line a large baking pan with aluminum foil and spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray
  6. Next, line the pan with gluten-free Table crackers
  7. Meanwhile, place the butter and sugar in a pot over low medium-low heat
  8. Whisk until the butter is melted
  9. Once melted, bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes whisking constantly
  10. Remove pan from heat and pour evenly over crackers
  11. Spread mixture with a spatula
  12. Bake for 7-9 minutes
  13. Remove pan and allow to cool 2 minutes
  14. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and then pour over the top with a spatula
  15. Drizzle cranberry jam over chocolate
  16. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour
  17. Once chocolate has hardened break pieces off the foil and plate
  18. This candy will stay fresh for 1 – 2 weeks


Feel free to use any cranberry soda that you can find. Although, Dry Sparkling cranberry soda is the best.

Glutino gluten-free table crackers are also my favorite for this recipe.
