These dipped peanut butter chocolate chip sandwich cookies couldn’t be easier to make and they super addictive. When you are in a bind and need a last minute treat, these dipped peanut butter chocolate chip sandwich cookies are perfect!
I love cookies, especially these super tasty dipped peanut butter chocolate chip sandwich cookies. The best part is that they seriously take minutes to make. No baking is required which is great too. Have a last minute get together or class party? These cookies are easy to whip up and will definitely be a crowd pleaser.
The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is classic deliciousness. Really, is there any other flavor combination? I think not… We use Walkers Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies because they taste so great nobody would ever know they are gluten-free. The texture is spot on too and they are as buttery and delicious as the Walkers non gluten-free Scottish version.
You can get creative with the almond bark while making these dipped peanut butter chocolate chip sandwich cookies. You can add in some red or green for Christmas. Tinting it with orange is perfect for Halloween. The sprinkles on top are another place where you can show your creativity. The sky is the limit!
While we like to use creamy honey peanut butter, you can use any variety you like. Maybe you are an almond butter fan, hey, that works too! Even nutella is an option for filling the center but shhh… I didn’t tell you.
