Do you love Pinterest? I love Pinterest! They always have the cutest ideas especially for the holidays. I have an entire board dedicated to Valentines because it is my FAVORITE holiday! I have teamed up with Crunchmaster to provide you with some cute, gluten-free twists on some of the most popular Pinterest Valentines ideas. Check it out!
We used Crunchmaster cheezy crisps and grammy crisps to make these darling kids Valentines! The cheesy cracker printout comes from redefinedmom.com. The s’more printout comes from domesticatedlady.com. I love how easy these are to put together and give out! Using gluten-free grammy crisps in the s’more one makes them safe and delicious! The cheesy crisps have a great cheddar flavor and are nice and crisp making for a fantastic cracker. I made a Valentines snack mix of my own with colored chocolate candies, mini marshmallows and grammy crisps. You can add anything you like. The kids will love having this for snack on Valentines.
I also wanted to do something savory and a bit more sophisticated so I made my favorite cheeseball and shaped it into a heart. I then crushed up some cheezy crisps and coated the cheeseball in that rather than crushed nuts like we usually do. I served it with Crunchmaster white cheddar & roasted vegetable crackers. Here is the recipe.
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 can tiny shrimp
- 1 tsp. chives
- 1/2 tsp. Real Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 C crushed Crunchmaster cheezy crisp crackers
Mix all ingredients with your hands except for the crushed cheezy crisp crackers. Form into a heart then coat with crushed cheezy crisp crackers.
