Guacamole Cups with Shrimp
Ingredients
- 15 gluten-free tortilla chip cups
- 1 c 1 C guacamole
- .125 tsp of DoTerra lime oil
- 15 pre-cooked small shrimp tails and skin removed
- .125 tsp Salt, pepper
- .125 tsp seafood seasoning to taste
- 1 tsp Oil or butter for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the guacamole and lime oil, set asideIn a frying pan, cook shrimp with some butter, salt, pepper and a bit of all-purpose seafood seasoning (GF)Arrange the chip cups on your serving platterFill each with some guacamole then top with a cooked shrimpDone!
