I love taking dips to parties but these four-ingredient guacamole cups with shrimp are so much easier and less messy. Each person can grab their own individual cup and eat it on the go while mingling.



  • 15 gluten-free tortilla chip cups
  • 1 C guacamole
  • 35 drops of DoTerra lime oil
  • 15 pre-cooked small shrimp, tails and skin removed
  • Salt, pepper and seafood seasoning to taste
  • Oil or butter for frying


  1. In a bowl, combine the guacamole and lime oil, set aside
  2. In a frying pan, cook shrimp with some butter, salt, pepper and a bit of all-purpose seafood seasoning (GF)
  3. Arrange the chip cups on your serving platter
  4. Fill each with some guacamole then top with a cooked shrimp
  5. Done!
