These semi-homemade Christmas cookies and neighborhood exchange are sure to brighten the holidays for those living around you.
We love making these semi homemade Christmas cookies for a neighborhood exchange. They are easy and so delicious.
You guys are going to love these semi-homemade Christmas cookies for your next neighborhood exchange. They keep you out of the kitchen so you don’t have to spend so much time baking. Rather, getting time to visit with those you really want to spend time with.
To display all of our delicious cookies on, we set up this fun red wood stand. By simply attaching a wreath to the front it really adds more holiday cheer. We also put some other decorations on each side to create a space where the kids could enjoy delicious treats. It also gave me a place where I could read a holiday story to them. We also added some holiday garland to our little lending library and added some Christmas books for the kids.
For our semi-homemade Christmas cookies, we chose to make easy wreaths with Schar butter cookies. We also made peppermint buttercream and popcorn topped fudge cookies. Lastly, we put together these hot cocoa smore’s cups. All were huge hits and definitely easy for me to make. No baking was required yet they had festive and fun flavors.
For our hot cocoa bar, this Lily & Val print was perfection! I love how cute their stuff is and it arrives so fast. We just used a variety of white and red cake stands for our cookies and treats. To make it easier on yourself, get white hot cocoa cups with festive straws so you don’t have to do dishes after.
