This sleigh ride brunch is the perfect girls gathering that is low-key yet delicious. You’re going to love the delicious dishes at this festive sleigh ride brunch.
I personally love the sleigh ride brunch because it seems like most holiday gatherings happen at in the evening when life is already crazy. This brunch provides a casual setting with your favorite people.
You can keep the decor simple just using your favorite Christmas pillows, a plaid throw or blanket and a gorgeous table garland.
Try to find a sleigh of sorts for your centerpiece. It makes an excellent place to store your breakfast juices like we did with our Telula varieties.
I also wrapped gift boxes filled with my favorite goodies for each guest. I then placed those on the table for favors that doubled as decor.
I placed a white furry rug down the center of our plaid throw to provide a snowy look and some more texture.
Even though was a brunch, I always love having a little cake stand of themed cookies. These white ones from my friend at enchanted cookie boutique we’re perfect!
I used my favorite Christmas plates in every other spots than just simple white plates in the others. Another thing I love to have at any sort of meal themed party is a delicious mocktail.
I chose a sparkling blackberry rosemary spritzer and it was a huge hit. You can find the recipe below. I definitely think the Telula blackberry and chia cold pressed juice was the star.
Telula juices are amazing because they are cold pressed yet you can find them in your juice aisle. Nope, no need to go to the refrigerator to get them.
I personally love that they are shelf stable. Each and every Telula juice is packed with as much organic fruits and vegetables as possible.
They say right on the front which ones are inside. They’re free of GMO’s, toxic pesticides, additives, preservatives, added sugar and any other yucky ingredients. It’s true farm to bottle the organic goodness.
For the meal at our sleigh ride brunch, I wanted to keep it delicious yet healthy. We went with a good variety of menu items.
I personally loved how easy the mini breakfast burritos were to make. It was easy to use a chicken apple sausage on them and corn tortillas so that everything was gluten-free.
For this next dish I wanted to keep it simple and not overly heavy with meat. So I decided to do a cheddar and green chili hash brown casserole.
It was served hot and had just the right amount of spice. Lastly, I found this gorgeous and delicious easy spiced hot fruit bake recipe from Lindsey over at Cotter Crunch.
She always has great ideas! It was bursting with holiday flavors and the cranberries were a lovely addition.
Keep your agenda simple by just enjoying each other‘s company and the delicious food. I hope you enjoy this sleigh ride brunch for your friends as much as I did!
