I never used to like watermelon but I love this watermelon mocktail. It has a very refreshing flavor that isn’t too sweet. The lime juice gives it just the right amount of sour taste too.
I love using Dry Sparkling sodas for any mocktail but for this one, the watermelon works great! This summer, watermelon and pineapple even come in gorgeous celebration bottles.
I always feel so great taking them to any gathering because they look so beautiful. Plus, I know guests whether kids or adults, will love what’s inside. Watermelon Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1 25 oz. bottle of Dry Sparkling watermelon soda
- 3 C seedless watermelon cubed
- 3 C ice
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2 lime sliced for garnish
- 1/2 C sugar crystals on a plate
Instructions
- Dip your cups into the bowl of water
- Shake off any drops of water, and dip into the sugar on a plate
- Place soda, watermelon, lime juice and ice in the blender and mix until smooth
- Pour into each each cup and garnish with a fresh lime slice
