Pumpkin Fudge Pretzel Dip (Gluten-Free)

Our pumpkin fudge pretzel dip is a lovely addition to your charcuterie board especially when served with gluten-free Glutino pretzels for dipping. This is a great dish for little hands.

Ingredients

  • 3 C brown sugar
  • 3/4 C butter melted
  • 2/3 C evaporated milk
  • 1/2 C pumpkin canned or fresh pureed
  • 2 T raw honey
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 12 oz. package white chocolate chips
  • 1 C gluten-free Glutino pretzels crushed
  • 1 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream

Instructions

  • Stir together brown sugar, butter, evaporated milk, pumpkin, honey and spices over medium heat
  • Cook and continue stirring constantly for about 12 minutes
  • Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and pretzels
  • Pour into your serving dish and let cool to room temperature
  • Serve with more gluten-free Glutino pretzels
