This gluten-free Christmas crack is truly addicting! Everyone will love it and nobody will miss the gluten. It is an easy holiday treat for anyone! Plus, it's much easier to make than candy!

Ingredients

  • 1 box gluten-free Glutino table crackers
  • 1 c salted butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 c chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 325°FLine a large baking pan with aluminum foil and spray the foil with non-stick cooking sprayNext, line the pan with gluten-free Table crackersMeanwhile, place the butter and brown sugar in a pot over medium-low heatWhisk until the butter is meltedOnce melted, bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes whisking constantlyRemove pan from heat and pour evenly over crackersSpread mixture with a spatulaBake for 7-9 minutes at 325 degreesRemove pan and allow to cool 2 minutesMeanwhile, melt the chocolate and then pour over the top with a spatulaPlace in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hourOnce chocolate has hardened break pieces off the foil and plateThis candy will stay fresh for 1 – 2 weeks

Glutino gluten-free table crackers are also my favorite for this recipe. I also recommend using a really high quality chocolate for the best flavor.
