Ingredients

  • 3 C prepared rice leftovers work great
  • 10 Aidells gluten-free meatballs diced
  • 1 C broccoli
  • 2 tsp. gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • Toppings:
  • Bean sprouts
  • Watercress
  • Thai basil
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Sriracha

Instructions

  • In a large wok or frying pan combine coconut oil, rice, meatballs, broccoli and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until hot then serve with your favorite toppings.
