Ingredients

  • 4 C organic field greens
  • 1 1/2 C leftover turkey
  • 1 C gluten-free stuffing mix dry
  • 2/3 C fresh cranberries
  • 3 T bacon grease
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1 T gluten-free dijon mustard
  • 1-2 T raw honey
  • 3 T apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • In a frying pan, heat the bacon grease. Toss in the turkey and cranberries. Cook until warm and cranberries start to pop. Season with a bit of Real Salt and black pepper. Arrange over your greens then top with dry stuffing mix. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing and enjoy warm.
  • For the honey mustard just whisk the honey and dijon mustard together. Add vinegar and then slowly whisk in the oil.
