- 4 C organic field greens
- 1 1/2 C leftover turkey
- 1 C gluten-free stuffing mix dry
- 2/3 C fresh cranberries
- 3 T bacon grease
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 T gluten-free dijon mustard
- 1-2 T raw honey
- 3 T apple cider vinegar
In a frying pan, heat the bacon grease. Toss in the turkey and cranberries. Cook until warm and cranberries start to pop. Season with a bit of Real Salt and black pepper. Arrange over your greens then top with dry stuffing mix. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing and enjoy warm.
For the honey mustard just whisk the honey and dijon mustard together. Add vinegar and then slowly whisk in the oil.
