Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 3 vine ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1 T oregano
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. Real Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Real Onion Salt
  • dash of black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oil until hot.
  • Add chicken and tomatoes. Season with salts, pepper and herbs.
  • Simmer about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Enjoy with gluten free pasta tossed in butter and Parmesan...yum!
