Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 C Glutino all-purpose flour
  • 1 C brown sugar packed
  • 2 T white sugar
  • 1 C butter melted
  • 2 tsp. gluten-free vanilla
  • 1 T water
  • 1 C mini chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat the butter and sugars together
  • Slowly add in the flour a little at a time
  • Add vanilla and water
  • Fold in 1 C mini chocolate chips
  • Meanwhile, melt 12 ounces of chocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil over low heat stirring constantly
  • Shape cookie dough into footballs then set them on a baking rack over a baking sheet
  • Pour melted chocolate over the footballs making sure to coat all sides
  • Let cool completely then "draw" laces with white icing
