  • Prep the cup by running a fresh lime half around the rim squeezing just gently
  • Dip the cup in coarse salt
  • Add large ice cubes to the cup and pour ginger beer over ice
  • Add fresh lime juice and a bit of agave or simple syrup
  • Add fresh orange juice
  • Pour in non-alcoholic tequila and give the whole drink a good stir until it is cold, about 10 seconds
