Equipment

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package of bacon

Instructions

  • Start by cutting your bacon strips in half (you can also leave them full length if you prefer)
  • Place them in the bottom of the pot in a single layer
  • Push the saute button on low setting with a cooking time of 7 minutes
  • After 4 minutes, or when the bacon is golden on the bottom side, flip and continue cooking for another 3 minutes or until done to your liking
  • Once the bacon is finished cooking, remove and place on a paper towel lined plate to drain excess grease

Notes

Pro Tip: For the second and third batches, the pot will already be hot so just put 4 minutes on the saute function. If you need more time, just add it.
Leftovers (if you have any) can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. They can be reheated in the microwave.
