A vegan charcuterie board doesn't have to be complicated. Serve up a gorgeous board like this that can be put together in under 10 minutes. Nobody will even know they are eating healthier this holiday season!

Ingredients

  • 1 box GF Crackers
  • 8 oz Dried mangos
  • 8 oz Dried figs or apricots
  • 8 oz Dried dates
  • 4 oz Coconut chips
  • 8 oz Made in Nature Figgy Pops
  • 8 oz Made in Nature Nuts over Fruit Supersnacks
  • 6 oz Nuts
  • 16 oz Fresh berries
  • 8 oz Grapes
  • 8 oz Your favorite vegan cheese
  • 8 oz Red Pepper Hummus edamame hummus is also good

Instructions

  • Step 1: Get a board and place small bowls and little spreading knives where you would like them 
  • Step 2: Add some dips, sauce or berries in the little cups as well as things like pickles which are wet and can make a mess
  • Step 3: Add cheeses of choice around the board is using vegan cheese.
  • Step 4: Add fruit, crackers, coconut shreds, and nuts, and other desired ingredients around your board.
  • Step 5: Add all the yummy treats! Chocolate covered pretzels, heart shaped chocolates, cookies with hearts and whatever else your HEART desires
  • Step 6: Finish by adding in the green herbs to give it a live, effervescent look

Notes

Store leftovers in containers for up to a week. For vegan cheese, store in the refrigerator for 3 days.
