Individual Charcuterie Boxes

These individual charcuterie boxes filled with dried fruits, delicious cheese, and a variety of meats make the perfect small gift for any occasion. They're easy to assemble and guaranteed to impress!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Crackers and pretzels (I love gluten-free)
  • 8 ounces Variety of cheeses
  • 8 ounces Variety of cured meats
  • 4 ounces Berries or other fresh fruit OR olives optional
  • 2 ounces Honeycomb and/or honey
  • 2 ounces Chocolates
  • mini jam jar optional
  • Fresh greenery for esthetic  optional

Instructions

  • Step 1: Get an empty Kraft box and place 2 ounces of cheese, cured meats and crackers inside in different areas
  • Step 2: Add some honeycomb or honey with a mini honey dipper
  • Step 3: Place chocolates, olives and mini jam jar inside
  • Step 4: Finish by adding in fresh berries or fruit and the green herbs to give it a live, effervescent look if you'd like

Notes

Leftovers deli meat, cheeses and fruits can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Crackers and treats can be places into bags or containers and kept at room temperature.
Pro tip: Make sure your honey, jam, or spreads are in small jars to keep them from spilling everywhere.
Can I store a charcuterie board? Yes you can store a leftover charcuterie box in the fridge for 24 hours. To keep the ingredients fresh for longer, take out the crackers and anything else that does not need to be refrigerated. It's also a good idea to make sure your charcuterie box is in an airtight container or box.
