Ingredients

  • 16 ounces full fat cream cheese, softened
  • 5 ounces dried beef diced and divided
  • 2 teaspoons chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, all but 1/4 cup diced dried beef, chives, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce together in a large bowl
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour and up to overnight (remove from the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before serving)
  • Crush nuts on a piece of wax paper and mix with 1/4 cup diced chipped beef and chopped green onions then roll the cheese ball into the mixture until completely covered and serve

Notes

Pro tip: Next time you need to chop nuts, place them in a blender for a food processor for a quick and easy way to chop them!
How long is a cheeseball good for?
You can store a cheeseball in the refrigerator for up to one week. Although, make sure that your cheeseball doesn’t sit at room temperature for more than 4 hours to preserve freshness.
