- 16 ounces full fat cream cheese, softened
- 5 ounces dried beef diced and divided
- 2 teaspoons chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 green onions, chopped
Mix cream cheese, all but 1/4 cup diced dried beef, chives, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce together in a large bowl
Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour and up to overnight (remove from the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before serving)
Crush nuts on a piece of wax paper and mix with 1/4 cup diced chipped beef and chopped green onions then roll the cheese ball into the mixture until completely covered and serve
