- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 1/2 cups marshmallows
- 1/2-1 teaspoon green food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups gluten free corn flakes
- 2 ounces red hot candies
Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone mat or piece of parchment paper and set aside
In a large microwave safe bowl, add marshmallows, vanilla extract and butter and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes
Stir and then microwave for 30 more minutes
Remove and whisk in green coloring until combined then add the cornflakes and coat evenly
Using a medium size cookie scoop, add a scoop of the mixture in little mound on the prepared baking sheet (ONLY DO ONE AT A TIME)
To make a wreath, stick your greased index finger into the center and spin in a circle to create a hole in the center of each clump
Place red hots to look like berries on the cookie wreath
