Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz. container of sour cream Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 package gluten-free ranch dip mix Hidden Valley Ranch Dips Mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese Kraft
  • 1/4 cup pimentos Cento Pimentos
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chives
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Whip the cream cheese and sour cream until light
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well
  • Place in a serving bowl and top with fresh parsley

Notes

Top tip: This dip is best served cold, so make sure you refrigerate before serving.

If you are lucky enough to have leftovers, you can put them in an airtight container and put it in the fridge. It will last up to two weeks in the fridge.

Can I make this dairy free?

Absolutely! All you need to do is replace the cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese with your favorite dairy free options. This dip is just as good when made dairy free.
