4th of July Food & Melted Popsicle Fruit Salad

Making 4th of July food is easier than you think. We have the BEST red, white and blue fruit salad with a secret ingredient!

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1-2 popsicles
  • 3 T white pearl sprinkles
  • Optional: fresh mint

Instructions

  • Place popsicles in a big bowl and leave on the counter for 30 minutes
  • Add the washed blueberries and raspberries to the bowl along with the sliced strawberries
  • Mix together until the berries are coated in the melted frozen bites
  • Sprinkle the fruit mixture with pearl sprinkles and fresh mint if desired
  • Enjoy cold on a hot summer day!
