Strawberry Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 4 GF Flavored Instant Oatmeal packets
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2/3 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs or flax eggs (flax egg: 1T flaxmeal + 2.5 T water mixed in a bowl
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup jam (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Generously spray a quarter sheet (9x13) baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl then spread into your greased baking sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Let bars cool 5 minutes then spread with jamTop with sliced strawberries and enjoy

Notes

These bars will likely not even need to be stored because you will gobble them right up but should you need to, store the for up to five days in the refrigerator or three days at room temperature.
