- 1 bag gluten-free salted caramel pretzels we love Glutino brand
- 1 box gluten-free chocolate cake mix mixed as directed but not baked
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
- 1 C powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350°
Place pretzels in a gallon ziploc bag and crush
Spread into the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan
Pour prepared chocolate cake over the pretzels
Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool completely
Meanwhile, mix whipping cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form
In another bowl, whip cream cheese and sugar
Mix the whipped cream and cream cheese mixtures together
Once cake is completely cooled, spread the cream mixture over top
Top the cake with more crushed salted caramel pretzels
