Gluten-Free Caramel Chocolate Lasagna

I love giving classic savory dishes a sweet makeover. This gluten-free caramel chocolate lasagna does that in a delicious new way.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag gluten-free salted caramel pretzels we love Glutino brand
  • 1 box gluten-free chocolate cake mix mixed as directed but not baked
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Place pretzels in a gallon ziploc bag and crush
  • Spread into the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan
  • Pour prepared chocolate cake over the pretzels
  • Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
  • Let cool completely
  • Meanwhile, mix whipping cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form
  • In another bowl, whip cream cheese and sugar
  • Mix the whipped cream and cream cheese mixtures together
  • Once cake is completely cooled, spread the cream mixture over top
  • Top the cake with more crushed salted caramel pretzels
