Mini Italian Sandwiches
Using mini cheese-filled bread bites makes this a quick and easy appetizer!

- 8 Brazi Bites
- 1 Aidel's Italian Sausage sliced in 1/2 discs
- 2 T basil pesto
- 8 quarter size slices of mozzarella
- 8 mini tomatoes
- 8 mini basil leaves
Bake the Brazi Bites for 20 minutes
Meanwhile, broil sausage discs for 3 minutes or until browned
When Brazi Bites are done cooking, cut each in half and place a slice of cheese and sausage on one side
On the other side, smear with basil pesto
Sandwich them together and top with a toothpick skewered with a mini tomato and basil leaf
