Holiday Spiced Fried Apples & Bananas
These spiced fried apples and bananas are such a tasty dish!
Servings: 6 servings
- 2 fuji apples sliced thin
- 2 bananas sliced
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 tsp. allspice
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan and add the apples & bananas, keeping them separate.
Sprinkle with allspice and cook until softened but not mushy making sure to toss and coat both sides with oil and spices.
Apples may need to cook longer than the bananas.
