Easy Bruschetta Chicken
This chicken is so simple and utterly delicious
Servings: 2 servings
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 T coconut oil
- 3 vine ripe tomatoes diced
- 1 T oregano
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. Real Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Real Onion Salt
- dash of black pepper
Heat oil until hot.
Add chicken and tomatoes. Season with salts, pepper and herbs.
Simmer about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Enjoy with gluten free pasta tossed in butter and Parmesan...yum!
