- 4 eggs
- 1 C maple syrup
- 6 T butter melted
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 C pecans
- 1 box gluten-free Walkers pure butter shortbread
- 4 T butter melted
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a bowl, crush the shortbread then stir in 4 T butter
Press the shortbread crust into a pie pan
Meanwhile, mix the eggs, maple syrup, 6 T melted butter, sugar, salt and 1/2 C crushed pecans
Pour filling over the shortbread crust
Top with remaining 1 C pecans
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
