- 3 1/2 C gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 2 C crushed graham crackers I love Pamela's Products brand
- 2 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. gluten-free vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 C butter
- 1 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
Preheat the oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in the vanilla and eggs.
In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients then slowly add them to the butter mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Using a cookie scoop, place cookies on a silicone mat lined (or greased) baking sheet.
Bake 8-9 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
