Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place bacon slices on a baking sheet
Par-bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
Carefully skewer bacon back and forth until it is all on the skewer
Next, skewer the shrimp on the end and lather in your favorite gluten-free bbq sauce
Bake another 10 minutes and enjoy hot

Thick cut bacon adds the most flavor and works best with cooking times listed here. The half size skewers also work best.
