Bacon Shrimp with BBQ Sauce

These bacon shrimp skewers with bbq sauce are so easy and they couldn't be more delicious! Only three ingredients to this crowd pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8-12 cooked shrimp
  • 8-12 slices thick cut bacon
  • 2-4 Tbls. gluten-free barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place bacon slices on a baking sheet
  • Par-bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Carefully skewer bacon back and forth until it is all on the skewer
  • Next, skewer the shrimp on the end and lather in your favorite gluten-free bbq sauce
  • Bake another 10 minutes and enjoy hot

Notes

Thick cut bacon adds the most flavor and works best with cooking times listed here. The half size skewers also work best.
