Notes

Tips for making them perfectly crispy

The first thing you should do is make sure your egg rolls are frozen properly. Freezer burn or any excess moisture may cause your egg rolls to be soggy.
For perfectly crispy egg rolls, make sure you cook them until they are golden brown. You can even cook 1-2 to test the cook time and make sure you have it accurate.

How do you store leftover egg rolls?

Store leftover egg rolls similarly how you would store leftover spring rolls. An airtight container with a paper towel underneath your egg rolls will preserve freshness for up to 3-4 days.
Pro tip: We like serving egg rolls with a side of soy sauce and sour sauce. It's the perfect sweet and savory combo!
Note: Nutrition facts will differ depending on the type of egg rolls you use. We prefer gluten-free vegetable egg rolls over classic chicken egg rolls.
