Pancake Charcuterie Board

This pancake charcuterie board is the perfect way to spice up breakfast or brunch. With mini pancakes and other breakfast foods, this is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • small prepared pancakes
  • 1 package Bacon, sausage and/or ham (cooked)
  • 6 ounces fresh berries
  • 3 ounces chocolate chips
  • 3 ounces marshmallows
  • 2 small jars of jam or spread
  • 1 cup syrup

Instructions

  • Step 1: Place large items like pancakes and bacon on the board 
  • Step 2: Add jam and syrup, chocolate chips, marshmallows and small fruits to small bowls and place the small bowls around the board wherever you see fit
  • Step 3: Add large fruits

Notes

Leftover pancakes, meats and fruits can be stored in the refrigerator.
