Gluten Free Oreo Balls

These gluten free Oreo balls are an easy dessert and a sweet treat. It requires simple ingredients, and you can make them with your kiddos.

Ingredients

  • 13.29 oz package of gluten free Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz package of cream cheese
  • 24 oz package of white almond bark

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a blender or food processor until is down to fine crumbs. Blend the cream cheese and the cookie crumbs until the cookie mixture holds together.
  • Roll cookie mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange on cooking sheet lined with a baking mat, wax or parchment paper then chill for one hour
  • Melt white bark in the tray provided in the microwave according directions stirring until smooth and just melted
  • Dip the cookie balls in melted bark using a fork to dip into the melted bark and place each ball in a single layer on baking sheet to cool and top with sprinkles

Notes

Storing - Oreo balls should be placed in an airtight container and stored in the fridge. They will last 3 weeks in the fridge.
Freezing - You can absolutely freeze this decadent treat. Place the balls in an airtight container. Make sure you add a piece of parchment paper in between each layer.
This yummy treat will keep in the freezer for 2 months. You can place them in the fridge so they can thaw when you are ready to eat them, or enjoy them frozen!
