Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 green pepper, diced
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a large bowl expect nuts
  • Crush nuts on a piece of wax paper then roll the cheese ball into nuts until completely covered then wrap in plastic wrap
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours and up to overnight (remove from the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before serving)

Notes

Pro tip: Next time you need to chop nuts, place them in a blender for a food processor for a quick and easy way to chop them!

You can store a cheeseball in the refrigerator for up to one week. Although, make sure that your cheeseball doesn’t sit at room temperature for more than 4 hours to preserve freshness.
