  • 1 C butter
  • 1/2 C powdered sugar Better Batter corn-free powdered sugar is our favorite
  • 2 C gluten-free all-purpose flour Better Batter brand works great
  • 1/2 C pecans finely ground
  • 1 tsp. gluten-free vanilla or almond extract (optional)
  • additional powdered sugar for dusting


  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine all ingredient in a bowl and mix well
  • Roll into ball between your hands
  • Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes
