  • 15 ounces gluten-free French bread or baguettes
  • 12 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, mined
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, garlic salt and pepper
  • Slice the baguettes into 1-inch slices and keep in the form of the baguette and place on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil
  • Using a pastry brush or spoon, generously spread the butter mixture over each slice of bread
  • Wrap the baguettes with tinfoil and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
  • Remove, open and sprinkle with parmesan and broil for 1-2 minutes

How to store the leftovers

Allow the bread to cool to room temperature then place in an airtight container. Garlic bread does best when stored at room temperature. You can leave the container on the counter and it will be good for 3-4 days.

How to reheat the leftovers

You can always microwave garlic bread to warm it up, but I find that the best way to reheat it is to wrap in aluminum foil and heat it in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. That way, it still has the crunch that makes garlic bread so good.
Top tip: Make a delicious drink to go with your garlic bread. Our non-alcoholic gin and tonic will really go with the atmosphere if you are having a nice dinner.
