Our easy gluten free garlic bread recipe is the perfect crispy, chewy side dish to any pasta dish. It's only takes 20-minutes from start to perfectly baked and you enjoy it from the comfort of your own home!

Here's why we love it and know you will as well
The ultimate side dish: Just because you have celiac disease does not mean you have to miss out on tasty breads. This gluten free garlic bread pairs perfectly with all of our favorite gluten free pasta dishes. It is the ultimate savory side dish for any meal. I recently served it as a side dish with our gluten-free chicken parmesan and everyone asked how I was eating it. They were shocked when I told them it was gluten-free!
Simple ingredients: Luckily, there are gluten-free loaves of French bread that you can use now that are readily available. We also love to use that same gluten-free bread for our gluten-free croutons and they are so yummy and perfect for salads especially when served with our homemade cheesy gluten free lasagna. Then you just add a few more things to make it extra special. I learned while in Italy, that sometimes, less is more.
Even your dairy free friends can enjoy: I have replaced the butter with my favorite dairy-free spread as well as a dairy-free parmesan style cheese. It is a super easy fix and still so great.

What you need
When I say this is a recipe for easy garlic bread, I mean it. You can get everything you need from the grocery store. It is such a quick recipe with simple ingredients and is absolutely delicious.

Gluten-Free French Bread
Makes sense right? Gluten-free bread can be tricky to find sometimes, but if you know where to look it is super simple. I personally go for this gf baguette or sometimes I just buy my absolute FAVORITE gluten free bread and make it with this. You also can pick whatever type of bread you want. There's gluten-free white bread, a gluten-free baguette, homemade bread, etc. The options are endless.

Butter
Kerrygold is my FAVORITE butter and I think the best for this recipe. It gives the bread so much more flavor! It is rich and deep in flavor. I recommend choosing one with a deep yellow color.
Garlic Salt
Real Salt is always my go to when it comes to salt but I also love Maldon’s flaky sea salt and it works fantastic as well when mixed with some garlic powder.
Ok time to whip up this easy side

Notes
How to store the leftovers
Allow the bread to cool to room temperature then place in an airtight container. Garlic bread does best when stored at room temperature. You can leave the container on the counter and it will be good for 3-4 days. How to reheat the leftovers
You can always microwave garlic bread to warm it up, but I find that the best way to reheat it is to wrap in aluminum foil and heat it in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. That way, it still has the crunch that makes garlic bread so good. Top tip: Make a delicious drink to go with your garlic bread. Our non-alcoholic gin and tonic will really go with the atmosphere if you are having a nice dinner.Nutrition
