Ingredients

  • 4 gluten-free flour like tortillas
  • 1 C sliced strawberries
  • 1 C blueberries
  • 1 C Bakery on Main Organic Happy Granola
  • 6 T cream cheese room temperature
  • 3 T powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a bowl with a mixer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice
  • Spread cream mixture evenly over four tortillas
  • Top each with 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/4 C strawberries and 1/4 C Bakery On Main Organic Happy Granola in your favorite flavor (Sprouted Blueberry Flax, Sprouted Grains & Honey, or Sprouted Maple Quinoa!)
  • Roll and serve
