  • Slowly pour the sparkling wine or champagne into a tall, thin flute until it is ½ way full
  • Next, pour in orange juice until the glass is full and serve immediately

Pro Tip: Do not stir, the bubbles will organically mix this delicious drink for you.
Store extras in the fridge, but please note you will lose the effervescent bubbles. 
As I've said, I prefer to using sparkling wine or non-alcoholic champagne, but if you're not a fan of those flavors, you can substitute lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, or even sparkling water.
