- ½ cup butter
- 2 cup sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups gluten free quick cooking oats
Add the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat until butter is melted, making sure to stir often. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat, and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
