Pumpkin Fudge Pretzel Dip (Gluten-Free)
Our pumpkin fudge pretzel dip is a lovely addition to your charcuterie board especially when served with gluten-free pretzels for dipping. This is a great dish for little hands.

- 3 C brown sugar
- ¾ C butter melted
- ⅔ C evaporated milk
- ½ C pumpkin canned or fresh pureed
- 2 T raw honey
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 12 oz. package white chocolate chips
- 1 C gluten-free Glutino pretzels crushed
- 1 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
Stir together brown sugar, butter, evaporated milk, pumpkin, honey and spices over medium heat
Cook and continue stirring constantly for about 12 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and pretzels
Pour into your serving dish and let cool to room temperature
Serve with more gluten-free Glutino pretzels
