- 8 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Using a small spreader, smear good quality butter on a board. You can do any design you would like. Then drizzle with honey and top with fresh mint
- Drip with just a bit of chili oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt

Tips for Success
- Use a really good quality butter like Kerrygold or pure Irish butter, the more yellow the better
- Keep the heat down by using only a little bit of chili oil
