Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons gluten-free ranch dip mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • cup pimentos
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chives
  • Fresh parsley or more chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Whip the cream cheese and sour cream until light
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients and stir well
  • Place in a serving bowl and top with fresh parsley
