- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 3 tablespoons gluten-free ranch dip mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ⅓ cup pimentos
- 2 tablespoon fresh chives
- Fresh parsley or more chives for garnish
Whip the cream cheese and sour cream until light
Stir in the remaining ingredients and stir well
Place in a serving bowl and top with fresh parsley
