Breakfast Pizza Recipe

This hearty, savory breakfast pizza combines the best of breakfast into one mouthwatering dish. The perfect blend of golden hash browns, savory sausage, and gooey cheese on top of a crispy pizza crust. The best breakfast for lazy weekends, brunches, or family holidays!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 2 cups frozen gluten-free hash browns
  • 1 pound gluten-free ground sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup raw cheddar shredded
  • Real Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • On a griddle, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Set aside, keeping the grease on the griddle.
  • In the sausage grease (or butter/coconut oil), fry the hashbrowns until golden brown and crispy. Season with Real Salt & pepper. Set aside.
  • Fry your eggs to your preference. Scrambled works well too. Season with Real Salt & pepper.
  • Layer the hashbrowns, sausage, and eggs on the pre-made pizza crust. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
  • Bake at 425°F for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Slice into six pieces and serve with fresh salsa and sour cream.
