- 4 organic eggs
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 very ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons flax meal I like Bob's Red Mill
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- Optional: chopped pitted dates pecans and/or fresh fruit
