Step 1: Brown the meat and place it in a bowl then put it on your board in the bottom right hand corner
Step 2: Place taco shells and tostada bowls on the board near the meat
Step 3: Add salsa, queso, olives, beans and rice to small bowls and place the small bowls around the board wherever you see fit
Step 4: Add the individual cups of guacamole and place the bottle of hot sauce at the back of the board
Step 5: Arrange tortilla chips around the bowls leaving some space for the fresh veggies
Step 6: Slice the avocados in half and remove pit then place them in twos on two different spots of the board
Step 7: Fill in the remaining space with fresh cilantro, lettuce and the jalapeños (I slice one and leave one whole for a fun look but still leaving it functional)
Step 8: Finish by adding it the Mexican wedding cookies to the top of the board where nothing else touching it will make them soggy or taste weird
