Strawberry Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic Gin Smash)
Our 5-minute strawberry mocktail spritzer, also known as a non-alcoholic gin smash, is perfect for a strawberry lover. It is great any time of year, but especially on a warm day. The sweet strawberries mixed with fresh mint leaves creates a tasty drinks that everyone will love.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1 lime wedge
- 2 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 3 ounces non-alcoholic 0.0% gin I love Caleno brand
- 4-5 ounces club soda
- Fresh mint sprig and strawberry, for garnish
Instructions
- In a tall glass, combine the simple syrup and lime juice from one wedge then muddle with the back of a spoon
- Add the sliced strawberries and lightly muddle again
- Fill the glass with ice and top with gin
- Finish with a splash of club soda and garnish with a whole, fresh strawberry and mint sprigs
Notes
Top tips: Add a cute cocktail umbrella to the cup or pour the drink into champagne flutes to make extra fancy drinks.
