- 1 C sliced strawberries or other fruit
- 1 C blueberries or other fruit
- 1 C gluten-free, vegan granola
- 6 T vegan cream cheese room temperature
- 3 T powdered sugar
- ½ tsp. lemon juice
In a bowl with a mixer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice
Spread cream mixture evenly over four tortillas
