Notes

Are there dairy-free options?

Yes! We have a delicious vegan charcuterie board that is perfect for those who do not or cannot eat dairy. You can also substitute any cheese in any charcuterie board recipe for dairy-free cheese (or omit cheese in general).

Are there gluten-free options?

Of course, there are! I love our gluten-free charcuterie board, especially because I have celiac disease. We use the best gluten-free crackers and pretzels. You can always switch out crackers in any charcuterie board for gluten-free options or don't use crackers at all.

How to store the leftovers

Leftovers deli meat, cheeses and fruits can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Crackers and treats can be places into bags or containers and kept at room temperature.
Top tip: Use seasonal fruits to have the best flavors. You will also be able to have different-themed cones throughout the year with different seasonal fruits.
